Free credit sanction
Holders of loans up to PLN 255,000 can take advantage of the so-called free credit sanction (FCS), which allows you to repay only the loan capital without interest and additional costs. The condition is that the bank breaches information or formal obligations arising from the provisions on consumer credit. FCS mainly concerns consumer loans, as well as some mortgage contracts, concluded before 2017. Borrowers must submit a statement to the bank to take advantage of this sanction, and this option expires a year after the end of the contract – repayment of the loan.
Do you have any questions or concerns? Want to know more about FCS?
Would you like a free analysis of your loan agreement for the benefit of a free credit sanction? Are you looking for help in a case in which you were sued by the bank?

Help for those who have loans in Polish zlotys
PLN loans based on the WIBOR indicator often contain mechanisms unfavourable for clients, similar to loans in Swiss francs. Banks shift all the risk of rising interest rates to borrowers while increasing their profits. WIBOR set by the largest banks is conducive to their interests, and consumers bear all the costs. However, borrowers may seek in court to cancel the contract, recover overpayments, or remove WIBOR from the contract. Our law firm offers free legal analysis and assistance in handling cases that may result in the cancellation of the mortgage and the closing of the loan.

Lawsuits for the use of capital
As a result of the numerous bankruptcies of Swiss franc borrowers against banks (more than 98% success rate in 2020-2021), the banks launched a counter-offensive, suing clients for remuneration for the use of capital, despite the cancellation of the loan agreement.
These actions are legally unjustified because the purpose of the annulment is to repair the damage to the borrower. Borrowers can benefit from the protection of EU and national law, which has been repeatedly confirmed by courts, including the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Our law firm has extensive experience in winning Swiss franc borrowers cases and represents clients against such lawsuits, offering favourable settlement conditions.

Cooperation with banks:
Due to the increasing number of borrowers winning cases, banks began to offer settlements. Some banks, such as Bank Millennium or Santander, offer settlements without a mediator, and others, such as PKO BP, cooperate with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
Our law firm offers assistance in such matters, including settlement analysis, risk assessment, simulation of benefits, and support in concluding a possible settlement. It is important to note that concluding a settlement with a bank may prevent a later referral to court, and its provisions may have long-term consequences for the borrower.
Have you been offered a settlement with the bank or are you considering such a step on your part? Do not risk, contact us – we will help you get the best conditions!
