We prepare civil law contracts for consumers and entrepreneurs.

We give opinions on contracts that have been submitted to our clients for signature, introduce proposed changes and comments, warn about potential dangers, and finally negotiate the terms of concluded contracts.

We also help to terminate unfavourable contracts, analyse the possibilities related to the right of withdrawal, and verify the possibility of evading the effects of the contract due to its conclusion by error, deception, or threat.

We enforce obligations arising from contracts, prepare payment demands, and secure our clients’ claims using forms of property liability (e.g. lien, mortgage, assignment of security) and personal liability (e.g. blank promissory note, surety).

We represent our clients before common courts in cases for payment under civil law contracts, we participate in enforcement proceedings, and we conduct anti-debt collections.
